Man, you tell people you're on the bench and this makes one a hot commodity. It can also make for some social encounters between friends who think that even though you're not dating, you're still into bangin'. If I learned one thing last year, it was to not drink the water in South America. If I learned two things, it was to "not shit where you eat." The third thing I've learned - and just from last night - that I should not participate on gymnastic events when I have no formal training of doing things like flips on rings and such.
